Apex Athletics Industries LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

DAMAGED OR LOST RETURNS DISCLAIMER
Apex Athletics Industries LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Apex Athletics Industries LLC may update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will apply to all orders placed after the effective date.

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: November 15, 2024At Apex Athletics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains your options for returning or exchanging items and obtaining a refund.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original condition:

    • Unused and unworn.

    • Tags attached.

    • Original packaging intact.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us at returns@apexathletics.co to initiate a return.

  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. RETURN PROCESS

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

6. NON_RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.
